The piece
Hand-knotted in Iran (Persia), this Vis rug has a tribal design on a rust field, with touches of black, framed by a navy blue border. It is a pre-owned piece, so expect the softened colors and gentle wear that give vintage rugs their character. At 3' 4" x 5' 0" (102 x 152 cm), it works well in a entryway, bedroom or bathroom.
Only one exists. This rug is one of a kind. There is no other exactly like it, and the rug pictured is the rug you receive.

Caring for your rug
- Vacuum regularly with suction only, or with the beater bar turned off. Never vacuum the fringe.
- Rotate the rug every 6 to 12 months so it wears and fades evenly.
- Blot spills right away with a clean white cloth and cool water. Do not rub.
- Use a quality rug pad to stop slipping, cushion the rug and protect your floors.
- Have hand-made rugs professionally washed every few years, depending on traffic.
