Is the rug in the photos the one I will receive?

Yes. Every rug in our collection is one of a kind. The photos show the exact rug you are buying.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. For shipping elsewhere, please call us at (888) 784-7655 before ordering.

How is a rug shipped?

Rugs are carefully folded and rolled into a compact package. Unroll your rug as soon as it arrives and let it relax flat; any creases settle on their own within a few days.

Can I see a rug in person?

Yes. Our Oriental rugs are at our Memphis gallery (2186 Central Ave, Memphis, TN) and our Persian rugs are at our Oklahoma City area gallery (5310 N Rockwell Ave, Bethany, OK). Please call ahead. See Visit Our Galleries.

What does “pre-owned” or “vintage” mean?

These rugs have been used before. They often have softer colors and a lower pile, which gives them their character. We describe each rug’s condition on its page, and you are welcome to ask for more photos.

What is the difference between hand-knotted and machine-made?

Hand-knotted rugs are made knot by knot on a loom and can last for generations. Machine-made rugs are produced on power looms and are more affordable. Each product page lists the weave. See our rug guide.

How do I choose the right size?

See our size guide. Every product page also shows the rug to scale next to a 7 ft sofa.

How do I care for my rug?

Vacuum with suction only, rotate it every 6 to 12 months, blot spills right away and use a rug pad. Read the full care guide.

Do I need a rug pad?

We recommend one. A pad keeps the rug from slipping, adds cushion and helps it last longer. Shop rug pads.
