Free standard shipping

Standard shipping is free on every rug delivered within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Alaska, Hawaii and international orders

For delivery outside the contiguous United States, please call (877) 278-3704 or email fredremmersruggallery@gmail.com before ordering and we will quote shipping.

Processing and tracking

We ship rugs carefully rolled and packaged. When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number.

Damage in transit

Please inspect your rug when it arrives. If anything is wrong, contact us right away with photos and we will make it right. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Seeing a rug in person

You are welcome to see rugs at our galleries in Memphis, TN and the Oklahoma City area. Please call ahead so we can have the rug ready.
